Do you have a physical store?
No. We are an online fashion store targeted at the African Market. We provide our customers with the most up-to-date clothes, shoes, and accessories from at affordable prices. We believe it’s convenient for our customers to be able to order online and get their products delivered right to their doors without having to visit a physical location. Being an online store allows us to reach many other markets that we would not have been able to reach otherwise.

Who are you?
Losode is a UK-based online retailer specializing in fashionable yet affordable clothes, accessories, and shoes. We offer these products for both male and female customers. Our quality clothes, accessories and shoes range from brands such as Calvin Klein Jeans, Vero Moda, Fever, and more, as well as other less known yet quality style pieces loved by the African population. Our vision is to become Africa’s largest online premier fashion destination.

What’s the story behind Losode?
Losode officially began in the summer of 2014, with the launch of our online fashion magazine, called The Verdict. We like to be known as a fashion destination for the African market because we focus on having each customer cultivate their own personal style with the addition of the latest trends in fashion. Our goal at Losode is that our African target market finds pieces that they can make their own and fill a gap that is existent today in our market. One of or key objectives is to enable African designers to supply goods to the Western World.

What are our hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8:30am to 5pm (GMT). However, our website, Losode.com, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our customers to browse and purchase any of our items on the website. Shoppers can also read our online magazine The Verdict and watch Losode TV 24 hours a day, without interruptions, from anywhere.

Where do you ship to?
We started our pilot program in Nigeria and Ghana, as Africa is our primary market, but we ship internationally. Our business operation is situated in London, United Kingdom to make it easier for us to ship to our customers worldwide.

Do I need to register to make a purchase on your website?
We do request that our customers who want to buy from Losode.com register for an account. That way we can provide our customers with proper follow up, letting them know when their orders have shipped, and providing them with any other pertinent information that they need to know without delays.

What is your return policy?
You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order. If you would like a refund for your goods but you cannot return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. If you need to return an item and cannot find your returns label, please email us at returns@losode.com.
Once your form is filled out, pack the item(s) you will be returning, along with the form. Items must be in the original packaging that your items came in when you made your purchase here at Losode. Then send the item back to our warehouse; you may also able to order a courier via our warehouse. Once we receive your returned package, we will check the items inside and confirm that the items meet the return criteria.

How do I return an item?
Returning an item with Losode.com is easy. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item that you bought from Losode.com, simply email us at returns@losode.com and we will send you an email with easy instructions. You will be asked to fill out the returns form and send it back to us with the goods. You will need to re-package your Losode item with the original packaging as well as the returns slip. We will process your request, and if the item meets our return requirements, we will either exchange the item or issue you a refund, whichever you prefer. No hassles or quibbling. Kindly ensure that all tags are in the items you are returning and that the item has not been worn.

Yes! We constantly offer promotions and discounts throughout the year so that all our customers can have an opportunity to try us out and enhance their wardrobes with our gorgeous pieces of clothing, shoes, and accessories. Our products come from strategic alliances with distributors and manufacturers of the very best quality brands worldwide. We also work with African designers who need a distribution channel for their pieces. Our strategic Losode partnerships ensure that we offer top quality, fashionable items at affordable prices for our target market.

How can I check on the status of my order?
For the convenience of our customers, we provide an online platform for customers to be able to check their orders online. You can simply log in to Losode.com and go to the orders page. There you will see a list of your orders with the status of each order. You may also email us at delivery@losode.com to find out the status of your order. We do our best to respond as soon as possible.

What do I do if my order would not go through?
Our state-of-the-art e-commerce platform should be able to handle all orders without issues. However, sometimes glitches may happen. In order to avoid any delays, if you are placing an order on our website, make sure you are typing your address correctly.
